I'm loving the new layout - especially the reflections page at the end of each week, and the mindful moment challenge to start each week. Plus, you have kept the features that I love, including the trackers and the amazing articles from a diverse group of like-minded women. I take my journal to bed with me nightly and review my day while taking in all the prompts and suggestions. Thank you for all you do, keep up the good work!

I'm not a morning person but I actually starting looking forward to waking up early everyday so I could have some to read and write in my JMB Living journal. The quiet of the morning with the introspective prompts and insightful articles gave me a mental and emotional boost that I would take with me the entire day. There are so many inspiring ah-ha moments to find in the journal. I use a pen and highlighter because I always find so many rich takeaways in the articles and stories. I appreciate all the diverse perspectives and people featured in the journal. I can find myself in these pages. I love the journal's focus on connecting with nature. Connecting with nature is something I prioritize for my wellness and this journal helps keep me focused on that connection. The only thing I'd wish for is more space for writing about my day - regardless, I absolutely love the JMB Living journal!
